Will I be throwing good money after bad?
As we report at each stage of the collection process and outline any costs involved in the continued conduct of the case, all our clients are given an opportunity to make commercial decision regarding any further proceedings. By combining our experience, expertise and credit reporting facilities we will help you reach an informed decision at the earliest possible opportunity.

Do we always have to instruct you at every stage?
Effective debt collection is a product of teamwork and by the nature of our service we are an extension of our client. We find that once we have built up good working relationships, our clients will set a contingency plan and request that we report back only on completion of certain tasks. When you feel ready to do so please contact us to discuss your requirements.
