| As we report at each stage of the collection process and outline any costs involved in the continued conduct of the case, all our clients are given an opportunity to make commercial decision regarding any further proceedings.

| How will I know how well each case is progressing? |
| We report to you at each stage of the collection process. Our correspondence will summarise any payments received to date. In addition we will produce a statement at the end of each month indicating all payments received, any costs incurred and a summary of the funds passed to you. |

| Do we always have to instruct you at every stage? |
| Effective debt collection is a product of teamwork and by the nature of our service we are an extension of our client.
We find that once we have built up good working relationships, our clients will set a contingency plan and request that we report back only on completion of certain tasks. When you feel ready to do so please contact us to discuss your requirements. |
